Overview

Fly Delivery is an APP connects couriers with last-mile small-parcel deliveries from upstream providers like Amazon, Temu, and more, using Fly E-Bike stores as parcel hubs.

My Role

UX/UI Designer: Conducted user testing on the released MVP and redesigned key screens to improve usability and visual consistency.

1. Unclear information hierarchy from template-based development

2. Inconsistent visual language and lack of brand identity

3. Poor usability with confusing flows and weak interaction feedback leads to long adaptation time and higher training costs.

Impact

Stakeholder Trust & Driving Design Culture

Although a strategic pivot in the business model prevented the final launch, my work proved the necessity of UX to sales- and business-driven stakeholders, establishing a foundation of trust that paved the way for my leadership in subsequent projects.
